一、招标范围
Scope of Bidding
本次招标采购物资： 随车吊一辆 。
The procurement equipment for this bidding: one Truck Mounted Crane.
菲律宾达沃市区交货。
The delivery location is Davao City, Philippine.
二、投标须知
Instructions to Bidders
投标单位必须是在菲律宾注册的合法企业，具有随车吊销售商业许可。
The bidding company must be a legal enterprise registered in the Philippines, with a commercial license for the sale of Truck Mounted Crane and could issue a formal invoice.
投标单位须在2024年9月6日下午17：00（北京时间）前将报价文件发送至招标人邮箱CWE_HPBSCP0102@hotmail.com，逾期投标无效。
The bidding company shall send the quotation documents to the tenderer's email address before 17:00 pm on September 6, 2024 (Beijing time): CWE_HPBSCP0102@hotmail.com Late bidding is invalid.
三、技术要求
Technical Request
1. 发动机排放满足菲律宾标准。
The engine emission meets the Philippine standards.
2. 前二后八底盘，车厢长度不小于8m，可运输集装箱（长*宽：6m*3m）及Y215挖掘机。
Two tires in front of the chassis and eight tires in the rear, the length of the carriage is not less than 8m, can transport containers (length * width: 6m * 3m) and Y215 excavator.
3. 吊机额定吊载质量不小于5吨（2.5m工作幅度）,最大工作幅度不小于9m，最大起升高度不小于13m,带超载报警功能。
The rated lifting load mass of the crane is not less than 5 tons (2.5m working range), the maximum working range is not less than 9m, the maximum lifting height is not less than 13m, with overload alarm function.
4. 带挖掘机渡板。
With excavator ferry board.
5. 300双层车架、电动玻璃、中控锁、排气制动、方向助力、空调 ,标配吊带。
300 double-layer frame, electric window, central control lock, exhaust brake, directional power assist, air conditioning, standard sling.
6. 供应商负责办理上牌手续。
The supplier is responsible for handling the relevant (licensing) procedures.
四、付款方式
Payment terms
预付款30%，签订合同后15日内；
Advance payment of 30%，within 15 days after sign the contract；
交货款70%，交货验收后15日内。
Receiving payment of 70%，within 15 days after the delivery acceptance of equipment;
